Service Description
Exclusive classes of 1-4 students to 1 tutor. 1 dedicated 3d printer per student minimum. In this 6 hour class we cover all the basic skills of 3d printing and modeling. From basic operation and maintenance of 3D printers, to problem solving basic print issues. We use Tinkercad to create custom models from basic building blocks like digital lego. We also cover popular websites for obtaining 3D models for printing and how to print them. Students each have 1 printer dedicated to each of them to print whatever they may want throughout the day, and a second printer can be dedicated to them if available at the time. Students can put longer items on print overnight to be picked up during the following week. The goal of this session is that you have all the knowledge needed to start 3D printing yourself and running your own basic machine. These sessions are based on FDM 3D printing. Class Tutor: Your tutor is Daniel - The Dragon Man - a digital technologies teacher with 10 years experience, ex specialist team leader at the local intermediate, and founder of Dragoncove 3d. Classes are 9am to 3pm. Cost $300
