Do you do custom prints?
ABSOLUTELY!!

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
What techniques do you use to print art?
We use an 80% sugar filament that is better for the environment. We use an array of different 3D printers that allow different sizing, such as:
Smallest size: 1cmx1cm
Largest size: 40cm x 40cm
What is your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of the products, we do not allow returns of the products if they have the following:

Melting due to the sun

Wear and tear, especially if it is damaged by animals/young children

Breakages

Change of Mind, especially after purchase and sending of product.

However:
If it does break at any stage, please send us the parts as we will ensure that they will be melted down into recycled bio-plastic to ensure minimal wastage ends up in landfill.
How Long Does the Prints Usually Take?
Depending on the size of the prints, they can take anywhere between:

Small Prints: One hour to one day
Large Prints: Anywhere from one day through to 5 days - Maximum 10 days.
Custom Prints: Depending on the details and size.

Why do the colors not match the pictures?
The colors of the products will not match the pictures sometimes as it is due to:
The lighting of the environment
The Lighting of the picture itself
The device that you will use
We are sorry that they do not exactly match. We try in every way to make the colors as close as possible
